TikTok Shop Showcase Anchors

The Product Anchors feature allows you to attach shopping cart links directly to published TikTok videos. When viewers watch your video, an interactive product tag button appears in the bottom-left corner leading directly to your TikTok Shop product detail page.

1. Retrieve Showcase Products (POST /api/tiktok/showcase/products)

Before anchoring items, query your linked TikTok Shop showcase catalog to obtain active product IDs:

• Endpoint: POST /api/tiktok/showcase/products
• Credit Cost: 1 Credit per request.

• count (Number, Optional, Default: 10, Max: 50): Number of items per page.
• offset (Number, Optional, Default: 0): Pagination offset.
• targetChannel (String, Optional): Name or handle of the connected channel. If omitted, the request defaults to your workspace's Default Channel.

2. Attaching Product Anchors When Publishing

When calling POST /api/tiktok/upload, include the anchors array:

• productId (Required): TikTok Shop product ID obtained from Step 1.
• displayName (Optional): Label displayed on the video anchor pill (max 30 characters). Defaults to original product title if omitted.

Strict Commercial Music Requirement

TikTok policies strictly enforce Commercial Music usage on shoppable posts:

• If a post includes product anchors, you must attach a commercial sound (isCommerceMusic: true).
• Using standard consumer audio on shoppable videos causes TikTok to automatically mute the audio.
• Always pass "onlyCommerce": true when querying POST /api/tiktok/music/search for e-commerce posts.
